Thai Basil
Eggplant with Pork
Sautee in 3 tbs sesame oil:
- 4
crushed garlic cloves
- 2
– 3 finely chopped Thai chilies
Add and cook until
not pink:
- 1 lb
very lean ground pork
Add and stir:
- 2 tbs fish sauce
- 1.5 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs rice wine
- 1 tsp
black bean sauce
Cut in same size, but
irregularly shaped pieces, add and cook until done:
Add, stir and serve:
- 1
bunch of basil (100 g or more)
